Your Family Care and Guardianship Services (YFC) is approved by the State of Wisconsin to be court-appointed as guardian or conservator for disabled clients who may need assistance with their personal affairs and or finances.
YFC can also be named as the trustee or successor trustee, personal representative, or agent for persons doing their estate planning. YFC assists many clients who may not have family members, or suitable family members, to serve a fiduciary capacity.
