GUARDIANSHIP

Guardianship refers to an individual appointed by the court to act in the ward’s best interest. Responsibilities may include making decisions for healthcare, living environments, and managing all financial and property.

CONSERVATOR SERVICES

A Conservator is a voluntary nominator/proceeding by the court to take care of the ward’s finances when the ward is unable to manage their finances and assets, such as personal property and real estate.

DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY

Durable Power of Attorney is a service designed to help each client maintain his or her dignity and independence by allowing our caring specialists to act on their behalf in specified financial matters.

HEALTH-CARE POWER OF ATTORNEY

Health-care Power of Attorney is a service designed to help each client maintain dignity. This may allow authority over personal issues, including the ability to act as an agent to make healthcare decisions. Advance Directives are followed.

PERSONAL REPRESENTATION

A Personal Representative is an individual appointed by the court or probate registrar to administer a decedent’s estate.

MONEY MANAGEMENT

Money Management provides one-on-one assistance with finances to help maintain an individual’s financial independence. We visit an individual’s home, review paperwork and bills, and look for signs of questionable spending, fees, and exploitation. Assist with writing checks, balance checkbook, determine a budget plan, and make advocacy calls to help reduce expenses.

TRUST MANAGEMENT

These services include working with the individuals, families, and attorneys who represent them, to develop the best match of trust management services to fit their needs.
